Pistachio Cream

Q: I recently purchased pistachio cream at Costco’s on an impulse.   I actually don’t know what to do with it. Any suggestions?
A: One of the best ideas for using pistachio cream is to use it as you would Nutella. Spreading it on a piece of warm toast or filling it in a crepe with bananas would be very satisfying. You could also swirl it in a homemade ice cream. Also try cutting strips of puff pastry, spread the pistachio cream on each strip, twist them and bake according to instructions on the package. On the savory side, you might try making a Thai peanut sauce, substituting the pistachio cream for the peanuts. Good luck. Let us know what you try and how it came out.
